The fun company.
VR Squad started in 2016 shooting real estate. Agents kept asking us to bring the cameras to their parties, so we did, and the events side took off.
Today the same crew that shoots multi-million dollar listings runs photo booths at the Emmys, holiday parties at Google, Cisco and Adobe, kickoffs at Nvidia and Oracle, galas, proms and backyard birthdays across the Bay Area.

What planners ask before they book.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable. December and prom season fill up two months out. If your event is this week, call. We say yes more often than you would think.
What is included with a booth?
An attendant for the whole rental, setup and teardown outside your event hours, a custom template with your logo or theme, props, unlimited sessions, and instant text or email delivery. Print booths include unlimited prints. A full online gallery arrives after the event.
What do you need from the venue?
One standard power outlet within 25 feet and a flat space of about 8 by 8 feet for most booths. The 360 booth and LED dance floor need more room; we confirm the footprint before the day.
Can you match our branding?
Yes. Every template, overlay, 360 video frame and print is designed to your brand, event theme or sponsor lockup. Send the logo and colors and we send a proof before the event.
Are you insured? Can you do vendor paperwork?
Insured and W9 ready. We provide certificates of insurance for venues that require them and handle vendor onboarding for corporate clients.
Where do you rent photo booths?
Based in San Jose, serving the whole Bay Area: Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Fremont, the Peninsula, San Francisco and the East Bay. Travel beyond that is quoted per event.
